Stop Smoking Help – Asking For Help Is Okay
There is absolutely no shame in asking for stop smoking help as long as you know in your heart of hearts that the time to quit is now.
All the help in the world will be useless if you really aren’t ready to quit. It is really rare for someone to just decide on a whim that they are going to quit the filthy habit. Almost always they need to put some thought into it and then get a plan in place.
Smoking is a deadly and very addictive habit that should be banned. What a great place this world would be if smoking didn’t exist. However thinking like that is just thinking about a dream world, its something that will never happen but forget about worrying about the world and just worry about yourself.
The first thing I need you to do is go into a quiet room that has a mirror and a chair. Next I want you to sit back and take a long hard look in the mirror and make the decision that you are going to tackle the effort of quitting smoking. You are going to look for stop smoking help and you are going to make it happen.
Once you have made the decision to quit you need to choose a date. I suggest somewhere around 90 days from now. The one last thing you need to do after you choose a day is several times a day, every day you need to tell yourself that on that certain day you will be quitting. I can almost guarantee that you will be so ready to quit that by the time comes you will be wanting to quit a week or two before your committed day. Please just smoke until the committed day because if you don’t you will be making an excuse to fail.
Now is where the stop smoking help comes into play. I know there is so much out there that is supposed to help but I will suggest what worked for me and so many others I suggested it to. You need to get some nicotine gum and he electric cigarette.
So now that the day has arrived you will chew a couple pieces of gum a day and you will only take a puff of the electric cigarette when you really need it. So you don’t smoke the electric cigarette like a normal smoke but rather only when it is really needed. After about a week or two tops you will be throwing both the gum and electric cigarette away.
Some people may think throwing the smoke away is a great waste of money but if you pay attention you will agree its a small price to pay for stop smoking help when you consider the long term benefits.
Dale is a 30 year 2 pack a day smoker who has proven that anyone can quit. Now that he has been able to throw the habit he wants to be able to help others do the same. So his goals are to help others one at a time quit and his bigger goal is to educate kids and see that they never start. He wants you to know that stop smoking help is absolutely acceptable.
